The Gujarat Christian Service Society is a Registered Public Charitable Minority Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. It had been registered in the year 1969.

The Christian College of Education, Anand is run and managed by the Gujarat Christian Service Society. Christian College of Education, (CCE) - Anand started functioning from the academic year 2007-08. The college is affiliated to the Sardar Patel University, V V Nagar. This college is situated in Anand, the District Head Quarter of Anand Disrtict, in the State of Gujarat, India. Anand is globally a known place for Amul milk products as Amul Dairy is located in Anand. Vallabh Vidhyanagar is well known place for its educational institutions.		We offer Bachelor of Education, a one year (Semester-2) programme, which is affiliated to Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar. We admit 100 students to the B.Ed. programme. For practical each trainee is required to give 15 lessons in each method that is a total of thirty lessons. 10 lessons are practice in theory only.
